Welcome welcome! đź’›
It is my intention that anyone that might find themselves reading this, will have a wonderful and beautiful day and a fabulous week, in the Sunshine!
Today, we are taking it Beef and Easy. That is my way to signal this is a very simple cook—throw your beef in the pan, and fry that sucker! A couple of my favorite ingredients to include in a beef-fry are:
Worcestershire Sauce
Jalepenos
Onions
Garlic
Pretty short list, if I am to be honest.

Sometimes, I CRAVE a steak, like an actual blood-thirsty mammal.
weird.
But, I am not even that bad, compared to some folks I know—I have known folks that enjoy their steak RARE—like look 2-3 minutes on each side, rare. Sill mooing “rare”—is the term they used.
Personally, I need upwards of 10-15 on each side, if I had to do the computations myself.
Medium, I think would be the rarest I could tolerate—but my preference is Medium-well. And, if I am to be honest, it is 100% a texture issues—and the idea of the red juice being cow blood is a ICK. But, whatevs.

I leave you with that—
In other news, school is officially out for Spring Break! This semester I walked away with a 3.4 GPA—one of these days I am actually going to strive to get a 4.0. I have enjoyed coasting, as the kids put it. Maybe next semester!
There are a couple of places that I have been eyeing, to review—one called, The Tie-Dyed Chef, here in Eugene—it is a Food Truck, serving Classic American: Biscuits & Gravy to Patty Melts! With a 4.8 on Google, with 122 Reviews—it might be something to write home about!

Well, until next time, my loves…
