Hey folks! đ
We are back with another nostalgic bite, from my Aunt Shiela. We are getting down and dirty with the ground beef.
To give you a little contextâmy Aunt was hard to put into wordsâŠshe was a dynamic characterâeccentric is the word my brother would use.
She shocked me; scolded me; tucked me; scooped me; held me; protected meâand above all elseâshe loved me.
She taught me everything I know about Loveâand if I am able to impart, even a fraction, of what she gave to me, I would die a happy individual. When to be soft and pliable, and when to buck up and âstick to my gunsâ.
She was my hero.
Anywhoâhere are the ingredients yâall will need, at least:
Ground Beef
Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Garlic/Onion Powder)
Cheese
Veggies (Onions, Pickles, Tomatoes)
Sauce (Ketchup/BBQ)

Today was a particularly exciting day: my sister, my niece and I tootâaâlooâd today. She flexed her spontaneous muscle and treated my niece and I to a beautiful brunch at Brails on 5th, here in Eugene Oregon.

(Unfortunately we scarfed our food down before we could take any photos!)
After breakfast, we continued on to âThe Worldâs Largest Indoor Garage Saleâânot to underscore the event, but it really isnât the âWorlds Largestââexciting title, tho. haha

My niece scored a 3-D Printed Dragon, and few packs of PokĂ©mon Cardsâ-after settling our debts and headed home.
Once home, my niece and I disembarked to the Mall(through the rainâour little feet were soaking wet). We wondered, grabbed some boba x2 (my niece bought a boba-neck lace at a nearby store), found some Pixi Dust candy at Candy-Tymeâand eventually made our way home. Soaked and tear-laiden, my niece melted into my sisterâs armsâhappy to be dry and warm once again.
Anyway. Iâm pooped.
Love ya!
