Hey y’all!
I have a delicious bite for you this week! I have been eating at this place since 2022, and they have yet to disappoint! With a 4.8 on Google and 95 Reviews, they are well worth the stop.
After being closed for, what felt like months, they finally reopened: BING KING!

Their new opening brought along a new menu design—and the food still packing all of the same great flavor!
Located on the corner of W 8th Ave & Olive St. in Eugene—Bing King has the crunch, spice, and sweet—or tangy—goodness you’ve been waiting for.
Their menu is K.I.S.S. Simple—the way I like it. You can choose from the Original Jianbing, the Nanjing Jianbing, or their Sichuan Potato Fries.
After making your selection, you have the following options:
House Sauce: Sweet, or Savory.
Spice: 1 through 5
Filling: Wonton, or Youtiao.
Add-ons: (I recommend Chicken)
I have had both the #1 and #2–and have found them equally delicious!
My go-to order is The Original, Spice level 3—Savory, with Wonton, plus an add-on of fried chicken. Their sweet sauce is equally delicious—and level 3 spice will keep you warm on a cold day. Haha.

The portion sizes are generous—I am a grown adult male of 29—half leaves me more than satisfied!
BING KING is probably my Top 5 Favorites in Eugene—believe me, they have a lot of stiff competition these days. They have remained consistent in quality, freshness, speed, and taste. I know that every time I order, it’s going to be 1) Fresh, 2) Fast, 3) Delicious.

GO CHEK’UM OUT!
Well, there ya’ have it folks! Enjoy!
Daniel out! 💛
