Happy Monday, folks! I am sending you Love, far and wide!
Wherever and whenever you might find yourself reading this—I am sending you MAGIC! 🪄 ✨
Well, yesterday, Pa and I took a trip out to the Strawberry/Tomato + Raspberry Patch. Pa enjoys growing fruits/veggies.
He has hops, strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes, grapes, green onions, garlic, peppers and peaches!
Every year we eat ourselves stupid with fruit: peaches, grapes, raspberries, and strawberries—we have a ball!
In years prior, my pa has made wine and vinegar from the grapes—I don’t think we have the resources this year, necessarily.
We MIGHT can some tomatoes or peppers—if we get around to it.

Today, or tomorrow I will probably be making a raspberry cobbler or some other delicious treat.
The reason today is ft. Chris Stapleton—is because I LOVE HIM! Obvi.
Here is one of his songs:
Here is one I am obsessed with currently.
Well, I don’t have much more to add folks. I sincerely hope you enjoyed this Episode!
Until next time, my Loves 💛

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- For the topping:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, 1 cup of sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the juices to release. - Prepare the topping:
In another bowl, mix together the flour, 1 cup of sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the beaten egg and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. - Assemble the cobbler:
Pour the strawberry mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the strawberries. Drizzle the melted butter over the topping. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. - Serve:
Allow the cobbler to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
