Hey folks! It looks like we slipped through time again! Episode 51! Half way to 100!

The last couple of days, pa and I have picked a few pounds of Raspberries—with SEVERAL LBS to go. We aren’t discouraged. Did I mention, even the neighbor picked a couple pounds??
I got inspired and set out to make Chocolate covered Raspberries. Tempering Chocolate has never been my strong suit. I understand that you bring it to a boil for 3 minutes, but not exceeding 130? I don’t think I even got to boiling last night; we don’t exactly own a double-boiler
I even struggle with No-Bake Cookies. I KNOW. I KNOW. I just get anxious ya’ll; the last thing I want to do burn the Chocolate ya’ll.
The Chocolate never ends up setting…I NEED TO PRACTICE.
I didn’t let fear stop me—although, I did not succeed again! lol we need up freezing those suckers. Frozen Chocolate covered Raspberries.
I’ll be the first to say they look like dog poop. BUT. They don’t taste like dog poop. lol.
Last night we had left over roast beef sandwiches, potato salad, mashed potatoes and green beans! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to snap a photo.
Okay, ya’ll asked for it! So, if you didn’t know, Taylor Swift, and Paramore are technically in my Generation—and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!
PARAMORE IS OPENING FOR T-Swift along her international TOUR!!!! OMGGGGGGG. The collective energy right now is hella reminiscent!
