Okay—I’ll start with the obvious. Beyoncé was in my oven—I swear. Or, my earbud fell into my oven—while broiling.
Crazy In Love marinated my veggie bake—the sweet, soulful voice of Beyoncé whisked them into their next life.
If I were a potato—that would be a decent demise; baked at 350 with Crazy in Love playing in the background—slowly distorting as my reality melts.
Anyway—I think I snapped a couple good photos—let me know 🙂
I will probably end up broiling it a little bit longer—but I am very excited to dig-in!
This wasn’t on my original meal-plan—BUTT IT DOES QUALIFY! Between 1 tomato, 1 zucchini, and 3 potatoes—I think my total is a whopping $3.
Yesterday—I had Pizza from PizzaHut. My AirBnB host works at The Hut—and brought home a few types of pizza WITH STUFFED CRUST BOIII.
Which was enjoyable—there are a couple more pieces I might devour tomorrow. Right now, I am watching Hot Chick—and listening to someone sing in the bedroom over from mine.
Life could be worse—and I am thankful for all of the waves I have surfed. A wipe out is almost imminent—but failure doesn’t have to be.
