Hey Folks—and welcome back to, yet, another episode of Daniel Eats—where, I, uh, well, eat. It doesn’t take a lot of brain work—but it does take a lot of jaw-work. 🙃
And, as you find yourself reading this, you might be asking yourself: “Why is episode 23 before episode 22?” Ah! Yes! Excellent question! This is because time, in-fact, is NOT LINAR! That simply means, points in time that we perceive to be ahead of us, or behind us—are actually happening at the same time. There being only 1 time—and that 1 time, in reference here—is the time of my blog. My blog will continue to go on—regardless of how I order the episodes. The continuity is inherent in the presence—so my order doesn’t necessarily as matter as much.
So, WELCOME TO EPISODE 23!
Well enough of the small talk—on today’s episode, I have another delish bite coming out of Jenn’s Kitchen here in local Eugene, Oregon!
Steak & Bratwurst Sandwiches—can you believe it? Who just shows up to someone’s house, and gets served a Homemade Steak Sandwich Or Bratwurst—of my own choosing?! It just doesn’t happen—well, except that one place, called Jenn’s Kitchen. Hehe 😜 Or Sister’s Kitchen—I should call it.
Having a sister that is an exceptionally tuned-in cook has its benefits. I am clearly reaping positive Karma from this. hehe 😉 Thanks sis.
Here is the food porn:

No less than toasted buns, fried mushrooms, onions, & peppers AND a fresh old fashioned corn salad—I present to you—my personal bite. I chose a bratwurst—over steak—I don’t know what got into me. Who knows when the next time a steak sandwich will just be offered to me, Willy-Nilly. Shucks.
I don’t have any regrets with my chose—my bratwurst was skillly prepared—and my “dawg” was artfully constructed. Ft. A beautiful old -fashioned corn relish!
Here are some behind-the-scenes pictures:

I would just like to give one last shout out to my sponsor: Jenn’s Kitchen—and my sister! Thanks for the bite, sis—and for the rest of ya—I’ll see ya next time, on Daniel Eats!
